The south facing pool (10x5m, open all season) with large sun terrace, 4 sun loungers and picnic table where the children will enjoy, a terrace with barbecue. Covered parking for two cars on the property. Tiled floors, wifi internet, satellite TV (German and Spanish channels), mosquito nets on all windows, radio / CD. Air conditioning (optional) in each bedroom and living room with consumption meter, price 0.30 euros kwh, a deposit of 100 euros will be left on delivery of the remote controls, and you can check the consumption through the visible meters (it is not allowed to plug electric cars or plug hybrids without the consent of the owner of the house, this will be a serious mistake in the house rules)
