Perfect family Villa
Firstly, I have to say that our host Sebastiana was simply wonderful. Great communication from the initial booking, before our arrival and always available during our stay. We also found a welcome stock inside the fridge including a selection of food and drinks, along with a delicious homemade Spanish omelette upon arrival, which was very well received by all my family! The Villa was perfect for us, 6 adults and one under 2. It’s a stunning building, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped plus air con in all of the bedrooms. Outside is beautiful with lots of different areas to lounge and dine. My granddaughter loved the various toys inside and outside of the house, especially the play house nearby the chickens and sheep which kept her entertained. Also great to have the small children’s pool in addition to the larger one. I’ve no doubt we will all be back in the future!

Beautiful villa - great for families
Wonderful stay with three generations of family. The villa is even better than the photos, with so much social space inside and outside. We loved the outdoor dining area, the table tennis and the kids loved the toys. The pool was too cold to swim in (October half term), but the sea was warm. We drove to different beautiful beaches everyday - all within 20 minutes of the villa. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for more. Sebastiana even left us treats in the fridge which was so kind. We walked to Cala D’or marina in about 25 minutes from the villa, but it’s definitely worth getting a hire car to explore all the great places nearby. Portopetro was great for dinner - lots of lovely restaurants. A wonderful stay - thank you.

Fabulous rural holiday retreat
We have just returned from a fantastic 10 days at this beautiful traditional Majorcan villa. It had everything we needed for 8 good friends to enjoy the stunning weather and truly relax in our home away from home. From the very generous welcome pack of food and drink to the air conditioned bedrooms and well planed outdoor relaxation areas - everything was perfect!! The pool was the perfect size for adults and kids to enjoy and much needed with the temps at 35 degrees every day. A great location set back from the busy town but close enough to reach numerous beautiful coves, a different beach every day. The owners were very welcoming and left us alone to enjoy making the house our own during our stay. We have had the best holiday ever and such a lovely house meant that we relaxed within minutes of arriving - I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be returning soon!!

Brilliant villa!
We had a fantastic time at the house. It is very well maintained and the gardens and pool area were perfect. The house itself was great, the kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery and pans etc, including ones for the children. There was lots of space for everyone. The bedrooms were very comfortable, with lots of storage space. There were plenty of towels. Outside everyone loved the pool area, with a small pool that our 3 year old enjoyed playing in and the bigger pool for the older children and adults, which was quite warm even though we visited in May. There are plenty of places to sit outside and the addition of the ping pong table was great and the BBQ got lots of use! It is in a lovely quiet area, next to a farm, the only noises are the goats bleating and from the cockeral! Having said though we walked to the shop and the beautiful marina with ease, so the location is perfect. Sebastiana and Toni are the perfect hosts, very thoughtful and attentive to our needs but not intrusive at all. We definitely hope to return one day. Thank you.

Ganz ganz toller Service!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und unser Kühlschrank war schon mit den wichtigsten Sachen bestückt. Auch zum Anstoßen hat man schon etwas bereit gestellt. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war immer herzlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Super für Familien mit vielen Gartenspielzeugen (Rutschautos, Dreirad, Spielhaus, Tischtennis, etc.). Nur der Weg in die Stadt ist leicht beschwerlich, aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Feriendomizil (5 Sterne)
Wir waren im Juli 2018 zwei Wochen mit Kindern und Enkelkindern vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einen gefüllten Kühlschrank vor, und die Vermieter hatten sogar einen Kuchen für uns gebacken. Das Haus ist super und bestens eingerichtet. Sogar ein Außen-Grill ist vorhanden. Pool und Kinderpool lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Hilfreich war die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, denn im Juli wird es auf Mallorca doch etwas heiß. Für die Kinder ist gesorgt; Kinderbetten und Hochstühlchen waren vorhanden. Spielzeug ist ebenfalls genug vorhanden. Das Haus wird jede Woche gereinigt, und die Wäsche wird gewechselt. Zu erwähnen ist auch die Super-Lage des Objekts, denn nach Cala d´Or ist es ja nicht weit. Dass man mit einem Mietwagen anreist, versteht sich ja ohnehin von selbst. Wir sind begeistert abgereist und werden sicher wiederkommen in der Hoffnung, dass uns die Leser dieser Bewertung nicht mit einer Buchung zuvorkommen.

Urlaub pur in der ruhigen Natur
Wir wurden auf herzlichste von den Besitzern Sebastiana und Toni empfangen. Wir wurden mit dem Haus, den Pools, der Außenanlage vertraut gemacht. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, eine große Obstschale mit den verschiedensten Obstsorten sowie Wein hatte man uns zum Empang bereit gestellt. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir erhielten viele Tips über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, Esslokale, Märkte sowie Strandbuchten in der Nähe. Für unsere Kinder mit den Enkelkindern war es einfach entspannt. Die Enkelkinder konnten gefahrlos spielen. Für alle gab es genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sei es im Schatten oder am Pool in der Sonne. Der Kinderpool war genial. An der Ausstattung des Landhauses gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hatten einfach eine schöne Zeit. Danke nochmals an Sebastiana und Toni.

Ett toppen ställe
6 vuxna och 2 små barn stannade i detta hus 5-12 maj 2018. Ett fantastisk hus med många dubbelrum och flera bra badrum, stora umgängesytor. Det fanns flera uteplatser, leksaker till barnen och pingisbord. Tyvärr var vädret lite kallt så polen utnyttjades inte så mycket men ett dopp blev det. Värdparet mycket trevliga. Vi anlände lite sent på lördagkvällen då hade värdparet fyllt kylen med mat och dricka så vi slapp att handla det första vi gjorde.Uppskattades mycket. Till marinan kan man gå på ca 20 min men är barn med är det lättare med bil. Många fina små stränder inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Ett jättefint ställe, kan rekommendera detta hus med glädje. Fam.
