We had to take our bags to the room, no help whatsoever and not even a welcome drink. I also dined at the the buffet one night and it was hard to get someone to get us a bottle of water. "

"Perfect location. Right near the Cala d’Or beach. Breakfast included. Rooms have balcony’s. We did not visit the pool area but saw lots of people doing so. They have a restaurant on site which we stopped by for a drink. This place is not a fancy hotel, but it’s perfect for its location. Very close to shopping and dining. We had an amazing stay!"

"Arrived late (0130), called the out of hours number in the door and told where the key was. Checked in at reception after a sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the harbour or beach. Supermarket and dining options a few minutes walk. Apartment was very nice. Clean. Well featured."
