Biggest issues were: * consistent strong sewage smell in main bathroom, bordering on nauseating. * Cheap soaps * pillows were horrible. Like a rock. * bed was angled in middle -- like sleeping in a burrito * no instructions on entering -- building door key did not work well, had to play with it for 10 min to figure out how to make it work. Also took a while to figure out the entryway lights for the building, etc....
