The apartment Rocamar is located on the Finca Tenerife-Romantica in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz. On the finca there is a heated natural stone pool with a sunbathing area, a covered terrace with a fitness room, and a barbecue area under the trees. Furthermore a small lake, waterfalls and the entire finca is a flower paradise. The parking space for your car is on the closed finca.
The Rocamar has its own separate entrance and a private little garden.
In addition, the Rocamar has a small second sun terrace directly on the rock above the sea, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the directly adjacent small nature reserve.
The apartment has a large living / dining room with an integrated kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink and a cupboard for your utensils.
In the sleeping area there are 2 beds and a large wardrobe. The sleeping area is completely separated from the main room by a curtain. In this respect it is like a separate bedroom. A built-in wall safe is also available.
In front of the entire width of the apartment is the large, partly covered terrace. The entire width of the apartment consists of large glass doors that can be pushed over each other if you want.
