"Fantastic views from our room of the volcano. We were staying in the top side of the hotel which was a bit of a walk down to restaurants and pool, there was a road being worked on which meant we couldn’t go the most direct route. Pool facilities were excellent a lot of family and children around the bar which had an excellent cocktail selection, and food at both breakfast and in the restaurants was great. Thermal pools were enjoyable and relaxing and the walk up to the view point is worth the trip. "

"Conveniently located within the town but secluded enough that it was always peaceful like a good hideaway. The breakfast was great and the all day tea and afternoon popcorn was a delight. I appreciated that guests were able to use the kitchen and designated fridge. The deck area where you could lounge while you read, ate, or just enjoy company with a great view was an added bonus. A big thank you to the two guys at front desk. They both were very warm and welcoming, knowledgeable about anything we asked and spot on with their recommendations. I highly recommend this property and will be back again kn my next trip to Monteverde "

"Amazing hotel, eco friendly with beautiful views and wonderfully thermal waters. Staff is 100 percent efficient , friendly, helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel happy. Jaqueline is amazing constantly working on your stay to be the best of all. Jonathan, Joel , Francisco , Michael , Wilbert , cleaning ladies , drivers , every single person was amazing and she brill recommend 100 percent staying there. "we loved the property . gorgeous lanscape and views . pleasant personnel , felt very safe. cabins are very nice designed . walls are very thin and you can hear all the wildlife outside and the rain . didnt mind that and fortunately it was very cool at night so we werent hot (no AC). the doors werent well sealed so we did have several spiders coming in but nithing major. "
