"The condo was clean and perfect for our stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 and 4 year old and brought grandparents. The king room is very large and both closets are big enough for a newton baby crib or pack n play which made it incredible for both kids to sleep in our room. These apartments are built really well and are very quiet. We really appreciated this one because it’s an end unit on the top floor. The amenities are great. We grilled burgers while the kids played in the pool. We walked to the beach everyday. We were...

"Very nice and plenty of room. Several places to eat within walking distance. One adult in our group is 83 with back problems and had no issues walking to some eateries."

"We ejoyed our stay and the convenience of the amenities around us. It took us a bit to get organized with all our stuff and the space available. Also, we wish the weather cooperated with our visit. But, overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed each minute. Thank you for sharing your property."

"The property was very clean and as advertised. The location was great and loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the live music next door(it did shut off by 10:00 each night). Highly recommend this property."

"It was great! "

"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst Experience at Fourth of July"

"Loved our stay! Super clean, everything you need is there! Next level communication!"

"We loved enjoying our coffee with a view of the ocean from the balcony each morning!! Wonderful, comfortable king bed. Great communication with host! Beach access was an easy walk just across the street. Condo was in perfect location to lots of bars and great restaurants. Looking to return ASAP!"

"This is such a wonderful home with a great layout. Loved it!"

"Great company to rent from!"

"I am so grateful that we decided to stay at The Carriage House. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. The entire neighborhood is like a movie set. It’s is stunning. I can’t even find words to describe it. I’m not sure we would have really even seen/appreciated it in the same way had we stayed at the resort. Being able to still use all of the resort amenities was the best of both worlds! The carriage house itself is gorgeous. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable and there were...

"The location is amazing! We love this neighborhood! This property did not come with some of the extras that others offer. Games, bikes, etc. Storage was at a minimum. The pool was full of pollen and needed to be vacuumed. Appliances were all new and great! "

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The condo is in an amazing location with a beautiful ocean view. "We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! The communication from the host was outstanding—easily some of the best we've experienced with any VRBO rental. They were responsive, proactive, and made everything from check-in to check-out seamless. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood pool was fantastic. It was never crowded during our stay and was a great place to relax after spending time at the beach. The house was very comfortable, and...

"We loved our stay here. The location is perfect with a community pool across the road and beach access in a walkable distance. The home was plenty big for our family and we enjoyed having dinner on the upper balcony."

"We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. Overall, a great value for such nice space and location. Sean and Eileen are...

"The condo was clean with amazing views. The private beach was so nice. We had an issue with the bathroom and I was shocked at how quickly they got in contact with us and had the problem solved. A couple things here and there need to be fixed, but overall a very nice place for our stay!"
