Fantastic Girls Trip stay

We had two condos on this stay for a girls trip with 9 ladies! This condo was fantastic. The look was a bit dated but we didn't care. It was all in great shape. It had all you needed. The views were amazing. Beds and couch were all so comfy and cozy! Thank you for an amazing stay. Hope to be back soon!

Perfect location

The owners could not have been more helpful (and FAST) with any and all questions we had. They allowed us to edit our stay due to Hurricane Helene. The location of this gem is wonderful. Just a short drive to both seaside and Rosemary Beach. Thirty A Cafe is totally walkable (and a MUST to go to), the Seafood market right next door with the most delicious shrimp (steamed in minutes), and the ice cream shop across the street! The condo itself was quite comfortable and everything we needed.

Dont stay!

Clean. Great view. Comfortable beds. Updated bathrooms. Decor / lighting / kitchen / kitchen accessories and dishes ALL poor condition! Worst condo we’ve stayed in along 3OA in twenty+ years!

One of the elevators was out of order! A long wait for the 12th floor for the other one.

Apparently one of the elevators was out of order for months! Then one day the other elevator was out of service forcing my granddaughter to walk down 12 flights carrying all our beach gear. So frustrating. All the guests we talked to were complaining. We have been staying at One Seagrove Place annually for many years and never had such an inconvenience. On the positive side, our room 1207 was lovely.
