Welcome to 3 Generations Beach House ā an exceptional beachfront retreat offering two spacious living areas, six comfortable bedrooms, and five bathrooms. Outside, enjoy a private pool, stunning Gulf views, a gas BBQ grill, and a large sundeck perfect for lounging. The ground floor features two guest bedrooms, a complete bathroom, a kitchenette, a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, and French doors that open seamlessly to the pool deck and beach at the front, or to the serene lake at the back. The second floor features two additional guest bedrooms, another living room, and a kitchen. The third floor boasts two master bedrooms - 1 with a King bed and a twin sofa bed and 1 with a King bed. Both masters, as well as a loft area with a queen sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV, offer different views of beautiful scenery. The house sleeps 17, making it perfect for a beachfront getaway with family or friends. The beach access has no stairs, making it easily accessible for people of all ages and abilities, as well as those taking wagons, coolers and toys. Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
