Family Owned/Operated Beach House with upgrades made every year.

A 5 Minute walk to PUBLIC beach access. Upgrades for 2026 include new flooring in bedrooms, all new towels, sheets, blankets, cookware replacements, and more. Annual Maintence week completed March 2026. Community pool area/ hot tub renovated 2025!

It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

Little slice of heaven

This vacation rental was just wonderful. The bungalow was fully furnished and clean. Having an equipped laundry makes you realize that you could have brought 1/2 the clothes you so diligently packed. Great place to just relax and take in the serenity of the beach life.

Perfect getaway in Seagrove Beach!

Our stay at this Seagrove Beach bungalow was fantastic! It’s perfectly located and is a 5 minute walk from the beach, close to restaurants, downtown Seaside, and bike rental spots. It made exploring 30A easy. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with a great layout for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was wonderful, and the well-stocked kitchen allowed us to easily make food to save us time and money. The community that the house is in has a pool and jacuzzi, which my kids absolutely loved after being at the beach all day. Clearly well cared for, it exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back next time we visit 30A!
