If you are staying in The Gulf Place, this was a great location. Short walk to your private beach access and uncrowded beaches made it worthwhile. The pictures are accurate. The furnishings are dated but acceptable. I would recommend a lot more bed pillows. I would recommend the outdoor furniture be cleaned. Having to clean the outdoor furniture before you could even sit down was not on my to-do list.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having three bedrooms so we were able to spread out and everyone slept great. Loved having the shuffle board courts right outside our back door. Great location for walking to the beach, pool and restaurants. It was overall clean but some of the furniture and rugs are very old so that caused it to not feel as clean as a newer property would. I think with a little updating it would be a 5 out of 5.

We found our condo in Gulfplace to be just what we needed for a winter break. Communication was excellent, cleanliness was great and the condo had everything we needed to make it a relaxing vacation. If you’re looking for a condo with a perfect location in Santa Rosa, this is it. We’d certainly rent again!

Location was very convenient to fun places. Problems were mold in the grout joints of the master shower, missing newel post on the mbr bed frame and the blinds were dusty and most needed work to operate properly.

What a perfect little neighborhood! Short walk to the beach with lots of fun restaurants and shops along the way. If you’re planning on cooking though, pack up your favorite kitchen supplies. I had to go buy a baking sheet, measuring cups and spoons, and even salt and pepper, haha!

Well, the location is great, the house is good, it was very clean when we arrived, one large frying pan several smaller, the large one was DISGUSTING, Vacasa replaced it in a timely matter, no broom or dustpan Vacasa also remedied that , only complaint , the TV is a daily chore, comes and goes,freezes up, Internet needed reset 5 times so far , we’re here 42 days , noticed the shower in the main bedroom doesn’t air out ,dry out well, produced a little mold , probably ok for short stay because they clean it between rentals I presume, Downstairs is cold , upstairs is warmer ,cold nights warmer days,, advertised shared grill , yep, closest one is behind the closest pool , 200 ft away, other ones are 300 ft away, not convienent for cooking out , the shared grill was a selling point as we like to cook on a grill, they should advertise , shared grill in the general area, overall it was a good rental lots of restaurants, we ate several nights at GoatFeathers and found out we went to the same school as the bartender , but 30 yrs apart, lol, it was a good meet, Would rent again, nice area, quiet, not a lot of snow birds

I had a GF weekend getaway trip planned at the beach and this was my first time dealing with Vacasa. The property was really nice, prior to the trip I called and the Vacasa staff was excellent always very responsive.
