The unit features a King master bedroom and twin hallway bunk beds accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.

Centrally situated, guests can enjoy leisurely mornings on the beach and explore the charming shops and restaurants along the picturesque 30A area either by bike or car in the afternoons. Sand Angels is an ideal retreat for couples or small families seeking a relaxing week at the beach or a romantic getaway.

Upon entering the unit, you will discover the king master bedroom to the left and a full bathroom located conveniently across the hall. Continuing down the hall, you will come across the twin hallway bunk beds leading to the living room, which boasts breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen and living area.

Newly remodeled condo was amazing for our four night stay. The updates were beautiful, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the views are perfection. Also a big thanks for the amenities bag complete with extra tp, paper towels etc. We had a great getaway and look forward to coming back. The only heads up I would give is the this is a third floor unit with many steps to conquer so pack those suitcases lightly.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway on a private beach, this is it! Excellent location right in beach. View of the gulf and sunsets are fantastic. Beach chairs and umbrella included and set up for us each morning. Condo clean and decorated nicely! Would recommend and would stay here again!

Condo is located in a perfect location and directly on the beach. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. You are a short biking distance from shops and restaurants. I had to call the management one time for an issue and they responded very promptly. Can’t wait to go back

First time in the area, my girlfriend always talked about going to 30A/Seaside growing up. We had such a great low key week, great air conditioning, took advantage of the kitchen, would absolutely go back and stay here.

Sand Angels is right smack on the most beautiful beach!!! The views are incredible. It was really clean. The bed was super comfortable. Loved that the condos beach was not crowded. We'll definitely be back!!

Beautiful view of the ocean, super easy access to the beach, on a back street which was much less busy than 30a, bed was comfortable. Overall the towns on 30a are densely developed, homes very close which we were not used to. Our first time in the area and we enjoyed the beach alot and the state forest trails. Will probably visit again. Only suggestion would be to upgrade kitchen equipment a bit and the bathroom could benefit from an update.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and only steps from the beach. Our chairs/umbrella were setup waiting for us each morning and the private beaches make it feel like you're at a resort. Parking was always available and convenient. The only downside was walking up 3 flights of stairs to get to the top floor, but we needed the exercise! :) We highly recommend this property for couples (king bed is super comfy!) or families with small children.

The condo was a little run down for paying nearly $4000 for the week. Layout was cramped. All the floors were warped. Air conditioner quit working and took 24 hours to repair…very hot inside and could not sleep. Kitchen sink was nasty as it was rusting and smelled.

We really enjoyed the location and convenience of this location, however I wouldn't stay at that particular unit again. The furniture was very uncomfortable and the master bedroom bed/mattress is in need of replacing. It is uncomfortable and slopes down to the left badly. Other than that, everything else was great and Paradise was friendly when responding to an issue.

Beautiful beach and desirable 30A location, but...this unit needs maintenance. The bed in the master bedroom is horribly uncomfortable and you can see it literally leans to the left when you're looking at it. We left a night early because of how uncomfortable the bed was. One stove burner doesn't work at all & the rest work intermittently. Smoke alarm battery woke us up in the middle of the night and then I found a cockroach :(. Book with caution!

We stay in Seagrove several times a year. We have stayed in this building before but not this unit. When you walk in there is a very musty smell that never went away. The dryer is in the master bedroom closet which was weird and extremely hot. It also put lint all over your clothes. When we got there the sliding door handle was broke and had no handle on the outside which made it difficult to open from outside and the curtain rod was broken and hanging off the wall but maintenance did come to fix it within 2 days. Location is awesome, but difficult to get over the musty smell and dampness in the condo and the awkwardness of the washer/dryer in closet.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Leeward II-8 Sand Angels Property. The condo is wonderful and perfect for a family of 4. The views are beautiful and the chairs on the balcony are an added perk. Our boys enjoyed sleeping in the hallway bunk beds and the door between the bunk beds and family room kitchen kept the early morning sun from waking them up and allowed us to stay up later in the family room without it being too loud. This is random but if you have kids in the 6-8 age range our son ran into the TV a few times in the master bedroom and hit his head, he was fine but we definitely had to remind him if it was pulled out from the wall to be careful, as well as hitting his head on the freezer door handle if he went to get something out of the fridge. But that was truly a height issue and doesn’t need to change, just something to be remind younger kids of. The walk to the beach is very easy, with only a few stairs. The beach chair company was great and often picked up closer to 6 which was an added bonus. The property managers were great and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property!
