Located on the quiet end of the 12th floor, this Gulf Front vacation rental is one of the highest points on all of 30A, delivering stunning views you can't get anywhere else. Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just a short bike ride to famous Seaside, this unique location offers all the conveniences without all the crowds. You won't find any spillover from the public beaches, as they are a half-mile away. So your private beach oasis here stays nice and tranquil year-round. The expansive grounds are safe and well-kept, offering ample amenities and entertainment options. Between the condos and the beach is a large fenced-in lawn for the kids to play while you lounge by the heated pool and listen to the waves roll in. Relaxing weekend at the beach

The check in process was seamless, and the condo was as described. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the view! Nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean. Plenty of great restaurants and stores in the area. Hope to be back!

Loved our stay! So much close by and beach was wonderful! We love the Seagrove area… be sure to visit The Red Bar for supper! The unit was perfect for 2 couples. Loved the 12th floor as it allowed us to see the marine life from above,

This property is conveniently located on the beach, with an easy walk to the chairs and umbrellas on Sea Grove Beach. Centrally located with access to grocery stores, rental equipment, shopping, restaurants, and more. We would stay here again.

Can't beat the view!

This was a lovely condo and such an easy vacation spot. Close to so much to do and the included chairs and umbrella on the beach are a huge bonus. Kitchen amenities made it easy to stay in and cook as well. Chris made the check-in and out very easy and was very responsive. Hope to go back again.

Perfect! Exactly as expected:)

Worked perfectly for us (2 adult couples). We each had privacy, when needed. All the amenities we could have asked for. And so close to everything. Had a great time. Went to AJs for New Year’s Eve dinner and entertainment (which was a recommendation by the host). Super fun. Would definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo, great view. Clean and neat. Only issues would be one of the stove burners does not work and the washer is REALLY loud and sounds like a plane taking off at some points in the cycle. These issues would not be a game changer for me but may be for some. Would rent here again!

Exactly as pictured. Loved it!!

Beautiful views from living room and master bedroom. Being able to walk out onto balcony from both living room and master bedroom was exceptional. It was an amazing time even though it was cloudy and rainy our entire week. The view made up for it. My only complaint would be that it desperately needed a broom so you wouldn’t have to drag out the vacuum cleaner ( with the front cover that constantly fell off) everyday to get the sand up because no matter how hard you tried to avoid that happening it did. Lol. Couch wasn’t most comfortable but wasn’t too unbearable. Overall I loved it and hope to be back again for our anniversary/vacation next year. It was convenient to several restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the amphitheater. We loved it. Decor is beautiful. Bed was comfortable. But biggest selling point for me was the view and just being able to open the balcony doors and heat the sounds of the waves. Amazing. Would definitely recommend it.

Everything about this condo was cheap and dated. Cheap furniture, cheap appliances, cheap decor, cheap bed linens, cheap kitchen furnishings, cheap toilet tissue, etc. Looks like something you’d see in a cheap Panama City motel in the 80s.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a pleasant experience. Mostly positive! The only negative was that your TV's are too old. You need to update them so that renters can have the opportunity to log into their streaming channels they pay for at home and enjoy the evenings with television they want. Having cable is appreciated but the TVs also should support the streaming channels.
