HMS SUNRISE & SUNSET Southside of 30A with Private Dedicated Beach Access and Swimming Pool

* NO ROADS TO CROSS on the way to the beach!!!*On the GULFSIDE of 30A, with lots of porches for the best views of the water, beach, and the sunsets. Private paradise located on private ,dead end lane with private boardwalk to the beach - just 50 feet from the front door. Ample parking under this 3 story home makes it Great for family reunions or large party get-togethers. Or you may rent one side for smaller parties of six to ten. The homes share an adjoining door on the 2nd floor for convenience when rented together.

The PERFECT BEACH HOUSE for FRIENDS AND FAMILIES to enjoy their own space yet be together... Each side has one King Master bedroom with private bath, one king and one Queen bedroom each with full bath, and a Study with a Queen sleeper sofa, as well as a desk ready for your laptop.

Additionally, Sunrise and Sunset both have twin bunk bedrooms with TV's, great hide out for the kids. Poolside offers another bath and changing area with outside hot/cold shower. Beachy style is reflected in the interior with special details of dead head cypress trim to add to the old/new charm.

Owned by sisters who spent summers on the beach, we built twin homes that celebrate friends and family. Rent one side or both.

There are restaurants within walking distance. Located just minutes from Seaside/Watercolor/Rosemary Beaches, 30 minutes from Sandestin, Silver Sands Shopping and the greatest golf and tennis resorts. You can visit them...

Nice layout & location. We rented both sides and the open door between the two made for easy access...The beach was amazing! Very well keep and manicured. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes, thru the alley, down the boardwalk.The entire 30A area is clean, safe, and has a very walkable path. Shared with bikers so be aware.The communication with Beach Habitats was second to none!

Getting a little run down. Doors don't close, mold in the bathrooms because the vent fans don't work, appliances broken, etc.Beach Habitats was great!

Family Vacation

Beach is beautiful, access to beach was good. Neighbors to the left when looking at the water had a section of beach marked as private. Part of the boundaries include where the Sunrise/Sunset boardwalk lands on the sand so we had to move to the right when getting on the beach, so it ended up being a little crowded with adjacent neighbors. Neighbors were very strict about the private beach area. House was a nice setup and easy to get in and out of. Not very clean overall and outdated in certain areas. AC on the 2nd floor was out so our first night we could not use this space (AC was fixed the next day). Location and nearby towns were great, lots to do and see.

Thanksgiving family Holiday

What a great layout! We had 5 different families, 10 adults and 6 kids under 15 yo. There was enough room annd rooms for everyone and we loved having 2 kitchens right across from each other! Great beach views and access! Already talking about using Sunrise/Sunset again! Thank you for sharing such a great house!

Wonderful location!

This is the perfect house for a large group without breaking the bank! Very roomy. House was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to gorgeous beach!

Second year was as good as the first!

We had a house full of family and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed this property so much Last year we had to book it again this year. This is the best property at this price range I've been able to find when you consider the proximity to the beach, the proximity to seaside, and the amount of space available inside of the house.

Multiple Family getaway

Our 3 Adult sons, 2 Daughter in laws, and 1 grandson plus my sister, brother and sister in law all stayed for the Labor Day weekend….everyone had their own room with extras to spare. Private pool and beach access wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer…. Perfect for cooking together too! We boiled seafood downstairs and even did a big BBQ. Thanks!

Amazing family trip

Everything was wonderful, and the house was exactly as described. The water/beach was gorgeous, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the property manager was super responsive. Beach access was right across the street and next to a private beach so not overcrowded. So many wonderful memories were made. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay!

We had the best time staying at HMS Sunrise & Sunset. The check-in process was very easy and Lanier was very responsive. The house was clean upon arrival, with the exception of a few dead cockroaches lying around the front door when we arrived - Didn’t put it against the housekeepers or the owners since it did rain the night prior and it was very hot and humid the day we arrived. Overall, a great place to stay and great neighbors if you get a chance to talk to them. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Location

Our stay at Sunrise/Sunset was great. The houses were older but clean and comfortable. The beach access was very close and private. There are stairs at the end of the boardwalk. The pool was a good size for our ten grandchildren. We recommend this property.

Family Spring Break

Excellent location for beach, eating out and shopping. Loved that teenagers and adults could have separate spaces but also combined for supervision and shared eating experiences. The access to the beach was super easy and convenient. Loved the pool as well. Well stocked kitchens. Would stay here again!

Great location and beach access

Bedroom layout worked great for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. We managed to fit 6 young children around the small dining table and had the 8 adults sit at the bar. Otherwise it would be hard to have everyone eat in the same room. There is a private beach just east of the house's beach access which actually turns out to be an advantage because it prevents access to the beach from the high rise on the other side of the private beach so it is easy to set up beach front. With young children we did not go out to eat so being able to walk to Goatfeathers and Angelinas to pick up was nice.

Great beach access, poorly cleaned w/ roaches

We enjoyed having adjoining houses to share with large family so close to the beach Unfortunately the house was dirty (dirty vent over bed, dirty mattress pad on pullout sofa, broken deck chair & picture, dirty floors). Biggest problem was house needed routine pest control maintenance to control roach problem and not just twice during our stay.

Wonderful friend reunion

It was such a great experience. Some things were outdated and needed to be redone, but it is a beach house at a great price! We have already booked for next year. I hope to make it a yearly trip. The location and views of the beach were perfect.

There are no complains!

Like all things online I was a bit skeptical since not all vacation homes are the same. But when we got there we were just amazed! I had great communication with the team. The house well kept and clean. The area is super safe and peaceful. We rented the whole house and there was more than enough space for the whole family. It was truly worth it and we are looking forward to renting again!

Great Family Getaway

Our family of 15 had a wonderful time gathering together at Sunrise/Sunset! The home was very well appointed giving us everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was wonderful and the management team was very responsive to our needs. We loved being just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand beach and our weather was unseasonably warm. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed going into Seaside for lunches and shopping. Just a perfect stay all around! We would love to return again soon! Our only complaint is that the time went too quickly!

The best summer vacation ever!!!!

We were planning to spent the Labor Day weekend in Seagrove with my 6 children and their spouses/significant others and 8 of my grandchildren. We are from New Orleans- some of my family evacuated and some of us stayed for the storm. On Monday it was clear we had to leave because there was no power. I called and asked if we could come 3 days early and then we asked if we could bring our dog because we could no longer board her. The owner graciously agreed to both. Sunrise/Sunset was spacious enough for 20 people and a 4 month old not to be in each other’s way. The place is beautiful but not to fancy that you worry you are going to ruin it. The beds, even the bunk beds are comfortable, and there are 2 washers for clothes, 1 kitchens. The beach was so close and the owners supplied an amazing canopy and chairs that we used daily. The area was not too crowded, the pool was our own personal space. It was clothes to restaurants and bars for the single older kids. The porch areas were screened in and the kids spent hours there drawing . In short, it was amazing. Thank you so much for making our evacuation such a fantastic experience.
