IMPORTANT: MOST UNITS AT THE PALMS DO NOT FACE THE SUNSET, THIS CORNER UNIT DOES! You came all this way to go to the beach, so stay DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! Very important - PRIVATE BEACH! AVOID THE CROWDS! The Palms at Seagrove has by far, one of THE VERY LEAST populated beaches on all of 30A, since it's a small community with its own wide private beach, even during the PEAK WEEKS!. Just ONE MILE and walkable to the community of SEASIDE, Unit C15 is a completely remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom BEACHFRONT oasis featuring ALL LUXURY Finishes throughout, all light and bright, with high end pro appliances, a peaceful master bedroom, 2 bunks for the kids in the hallway, a new WASHER/DRYER in unit, and a gorgeous new kitchen with island seating for 6! Everything in this unit is new, including all appliances, flooring, cabinetry, tile, bathrooms, TVs, and on and on. Even the balcony railing and sliding glass doors are new! 2 full-sized bathrooms. 2 cozy hallway bunks with reading lights for the kids (bunks are 5" inches shorter than standard length).

Outside you'll find a covered beachfront balcony patio with 3rd floor panoramic views up and down the incredible Seagrove Beach and it's white powdered sand and emerald green and blue water. An outdoor dining table seats 4 people for sunset dinners, and an additional pub-height set of two adirondack chairs are perfect for just relaxing any time of day. (Total seating capacity on balcony is 6 people). Have your coffee and breakfast each morning under the covered patio while watching the paddle boarders and dolphins swim by!

Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex - perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff with an amazing PRIVATE beach that's rarely if ever crowded thanks to low density in the Palms complex (only 60 units in total). You're not going to be stacked 5 deep on this beautiful beach like you find with a lot of popular gulf front communities!

About Seagrove Beach:
Rent a bike at the shop across the street and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right outside the complex. Visit famous Seaside (1 mile west) and Grayton Beach State Park. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Explore the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Amazing stay

This was a great property, very nice location, 50 feet to beach! Great sunsets from the balcony. Condo has all of the amenities of 5 star hotel, we’ll be back.

Amazing View

Beachfront balcony on the corner unit gives a completely unobstructed view of the Gulf. Can be in the water in about a minute. Convenient location to several excellent restaurants, Publics and shopping areas. I would definitely consider this unit in the future.

Beachfront Balcony on corner unit has beautiful views, especially at sunset! Condo is as pictured, curated trendy. Very clean. Kitchen is amazing and very well stocked. Host response was fastest ever in a rental, and we extended our stay we liked it so much.

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful stay for the week (Friday-Tuesday). The condo was as beautiful as advertised and the view was amazing. We could walk to Seaside for shopping (1.3 miles) and it was close to many great restaurants. The owner left a list of dining suggestions and we went to most of them. We will look to stay here again.

Rob’s place was the perfect place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The condo was beautifully decorated, the neighborhood was great, and it was nice to be able to walk everywhere. Watching the sun set from the balcony was amazing! We would definitely consider booking this place the next time we come down!

Fantastic weekend getaway

This was one of our favorite units we’ve stayed in along 30a! The interiors were very well done! The unit had everything one could ask for. We really enjoyed how cozy the condo was. Highly recommend for anyone look to for a beach front view along 30a!
