Beachfront 4 Br Includes Jeep Paddle Boards Kayak Bikes

Wake up to a gulf view and breeze blowing through the palm trees. Have coffee and watch the sun rise over the gulf and the coastal dune lake.

Oasis East is truly one of the best locations on all of 30A. Here’s why:
1) Privacy and seclusion has become rare on 30A. Oasis East is in Gulf Trace, a 55 home development that is surrounded by protected park on all sides. Most of the state park is inaccessible to the public, meaning there are rarely any people on the beach for 2000+ feet in either direction. Even during busy weeks it’s common to be one of only a few people on the beach for over a mile.
2) Access to the gulf and a coastal dune lake- the home is located where a coastal dune lake meets the gulf. This makes for easy access to the lake for paddle boarding and fishing. The outfall (the place where the lake meets the gulf) is also a great place for kids to swim and play on days when the waves are too big.
3) Proximity to Grayton Beach, Seaside and Blue Mountain- Grayton Beach, home of the Red Bar, is a 15-minute walk by beach and a 5-minute bike ride. Seaside and Blue Mountain are a 10-15 minute bike ride. Seaside is the most famous community on 30A and is great for shopping, dining, tennis and more. Blue Mountain Beach is considered the locals beach and has great restaurants, shops and Blue Mountain Creamery. One of our favorite thing to do is walk to the Red Bard for dinner by beach.

Here are other things about the home you will love:
1) The home’s kitchen, bathrooms and living room were recently remodeled completely.
2) The home has 4 bedrooms, two which face the gulf and dune lake.
3) The home is loaded with included gear: daily beach service, two paddleboards, one fishing kayak, two 3-speed bikes, extra beach chairs, two coolers, beach towels, a gas grill, several boogie boards and sand toys, 2-kid bike trailer and beach wagon. There’s also an extra refrigerator for drinks.

Most of our available rental weeks are reserved well in advance by families who have stayed here for many years. Once you visit, you will see why. This location is unmatched on 30A!

We had a super fun experience and would go back.It was very clean and we enjoyed the overall natural light atmosphere and outside seating areas. There were 3 of us (adults) and there’s plenty of space for together time and solo time. A few things to note: The house is a double connected to another house (it appears that many of the houses in that area are large doubles) and it’s set alongside the dunes and outfall connecting Alligator Lake to the ocean with a house partially in front of it but there are adequate ocean views with a short walk to the beach. It is on the East side so no full sunset views from the property but the sunrise view is excellent.

Perfection

Beautiful/comfortable/well-equipped/modern home; spectacular location on a very private section of gorgeous white sandy beach; stunning Gulf and lake views from every room; convenient to reach everything (restaurants, groceries, rentals, etc); and a kind/caring/generous property manager.... all added up for the best result: the perfect week of holiday vacation.

Wonderful location for all ages but be sure you can manage many steps. Property manager always available. Loved being adjacent to the state park. Grayton Beach is a wonderful experience.

Beautiful beach, shady owner and property manager

We booked and paid for this property in January of 2022. In April, I received an email from someone who claimed to be the new owner stating that they had done new renovations, and they would need an additional $2000 from us by the end of the week, or our reservation would be cancelled. I replied that I would not be paying more for my reservation, and called VRBO. I was assured by VRBO that I did not have to pay any more money. Closer to our vacation, I started receiving rental agreements from the property manager that they wanted me to sign. I have never had to sign addition paperwork outside of the VRBO agreements, and was not comfortable doing so. After them threatening to cancel our reservation if we didn’t pay more, I was skeptical of signing anything extra for them. Before we arrived the day of check in, the property manager called me to tell me the previous renter broke the oven, and it would be Monday before they could get it fixed. We rearranged our menu for the first 2 nights since we couldn’t use the oven. Finally on Thursday, I sent the property owner a message asking about the oven since I hadn’t heard anything, and she just said they couldn’t find the part. They did not offer a discount, or even an apology for the inconvenience. About a week after we got back from our trip, I received another email stating there had been a claim against us for a broken patio chair, and the replacement cost was $749. The chair was not broken when we left. We bought the insurance, so we don’t have to pay for it, but there is no way that chair is $749! I feel like they are being shady with the insurance company as well as their renters. I wonder if the people before us really broke the oven. Aside from the shady vibes I got from dealing with the owner and property manager, the house was just ok. It is not user friendly at all. All the bedrooms are very cramped, and there is no where to put your clothes. The bedrooms that had dressers were hard to use. The drawers were off the tracks and very hard to open. The closets were the only option, but plan on bringing your own hangers. There were so many throw pillows on the master bed that we filled the master bedroom closet with pillows instead of clothes. We stay at this beach every year, and have been in great houses, and have never had a problem. The beach and neighborhood are great, but I would not recommend staying at this property.

Recommended Beach House

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were gorgeous and the beach was a short walk from the house! The fine white sand was soft and easy to walk through and there was more than enough space to set up camp by the water. Inside, there was plenty of space for 8 adults in the common area to lounge and hangout. The kitchen is quite well supplied with the basics, but I would suggest bringing all the food supplies necessary if you plan on cooking. The check-in process was seamless and the property manager is very responsive. Overall, we would stay again!

Private Beach

The house was in perfect proximity to the beach, could not have been better. We didn't even need to roll out our beach wagon. We stayed during the end of August and the beach chairs/umbrellas were set out for us each day, it was so nice to be on a private beach in a private neighborhood. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Lovely beach home

Spent a week with my adult kids and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely, comfortable, and has everything we needed for a great vacation. The beach is a few steps away, and the house is adjacent to a state park. The views from the covered porches and the screened porch of the gulf are spectacular.

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful home-the pictures don’t do it justice. Right on the beach. My family of 4 ( 2 adult children) had the most wonderful Christmas vacation. Nancy was amazing too-answered my email questions within a day. Most time within a matter of hours. Will def ask if we can stay here again.

Covid delayed vacation comes true amid tropical storms!!! What a year!!

Lovely property - 30 seconds from the beach - great little lake right next door that trickles down to the gulf.. (Very rare - plaque said one other place on the planet) Great for our two small grandkids to play in. Pure white sand beaches - also within walking distance to bike shop and restaurants, coffee house and Shops - loved it!

A wonderful beach house on Grayton!!

This house is fantastic and we enjoyed our stay so much. Four couples for a 5 night getaway. The home wasn't cleaned well prior to our arrival; however, we pitched in and cleaned for a bit and then enjoyed every single moment. The kitchen is fully stocked for any type of cooking/baking/meal prep you will need. Plenty of room for 6-8 around the kitchen table and seating for as many in the living area. Wonderful screened porch where we enjoyed breakfast each morning, and a great porch for enjoying the glorious sunrises. We do hope and plan to book this home again. The owner was communicative and obviously takes great pride and care in her beach home. The private beach was beautiful.

Excellent property, a good value. We really didn’t hear the family in neighboring property. Had a couple of Minor issues during stay which were remedied the next day. Overall we would happily return for another stay.

Family Summer Beach Vacay

Great beach home, close to the beach and to the lake, which the 3 year old granddaughter loved! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, plenty of room and everything you could possibly need in this beach property. We all had a great time and plan to come back!

BEST vacation yet!

For the past 11 years we've travelled to 30A for our family vacation. It started when our children were young and now that some of them have married, we now include their spouses! It is a treat for all of us! This year was our first time at this property. It was perfect! The kitchen was updated and housed everything we needed to cook our dinners. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there were spices available for use. There was plenty of room for our large gatherings. The dining table easily fit 8, plus there were stools at the bar, a small table in the living area with 2 chairs, and a table/chairs & settee on the screened in porch. This was my all time favorite place! Each morning I would take my coffee out to the porch, and look out to the ocean. It was so serene. We also had gorgeous views of Alligator Lake & Grayton Beach preserve. Because we were located on the edge of the neighborhood, we rarely knew other people surrounded us. We did see our neighbors (in the attached Oasis West) occasionally. Each night we would sit out on the porch and listen to the waves as we played family games. For us girls, the temperature was perfect! For the boys, it was a bit warm, so we will bring a portable fan next time to accommodate them! Also on the porch was a separate sunning area, perfect for those who wanted to lay on a chaise lounge and get a tan (this side of the porch got sun). We loved the unique style of this home. It was not decorated or styled in the new modern fashion, but rather was furnished with very homey decor. The beds and couch were very comfortable. And the outdoor table and chairs were perfect for hours of sitting. A linen closet offered extra sheets and blankets. I personally loved the staircase that ran through the middle of the house. It had a 60's vibe that I loved! And best of all, we were able to park in the first story garage, and walk up a flight of stairs to the main floor of the house which meant the 2nd floor always had a view! 2 of the upstairs bedrooms (3rd floor) had small balconies that looked out to the ocean also! And the beach: so close!!! We ran back and forth to the house easily. So much easier for dragging our canoes. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice outdoor grill which we used a few times. And the first floor had a shower which is handy! We will definitely be back to this sweet Oasis on the beach! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Always the perfect vacation!

We love this house. The location is perfect for our family....ocean and lake views, quiet residential neighborhood, close to restaurants and 30A walking/biking trail. What’s not to love??!!

Perfect location and excellent price!

Pros : Overall the house location was perfect and easily had 6 adult and 1 child stay there. Amazing views of the ocean and being right next to the state park provided a feeling of seclusion and beaches that were nearly empty. Cons: cleanliness of the house was average. Also, no type of beach toys, chairs , were available for use. In past homes the honor system of using what is there from prior guests and leaving behind items for the next families provides items that we couldn’t pack. Overall would recommend to any family looking for a beachfront home on 30a

Consistently Comfortable

We have had the pleasure off staying at this property several times and always enjoyed the comfort it offers. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Lake, and great decks to enjoy them from. The house is well maintained, very clean and offers everything a vacationer may need. I would highly recommend this property. And of course the owners are very responsive and just great people.

Good

The location is perfect. There were some repairs that needed to be done. The towel rod was broken off in the master bedroom, freezer door was broken at the bottom, and some of the popcorn ceiling is falling. The propane grill is a fire hazard that almost caught on fire but thankfully our friend was a fireman and put it out. No other guests should use this grill in the future. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time. Family friendly and the best beach!
