Abacos 302 -Steps from the Beach, Beach View, close to restaurants on 30A

The Abacos is located on the highly sought-after Scenic 30a right next to Gulf Place and is directly across the street from Ed Walline Regional Beach Access. This spacious 1467 sq ft two story condo is perfect for your next beach getaway.

As you enter the condo you will find a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tiled backsplash. The kitchen has a breakfast bar which seats two and opens up into the dining area with seating for 6. The dining area flows seemlessly into the living space which has ample seating, a sleeper sofa, and a giant flat screen TV. You have a large balcony off the living room with Gulf views. A half bath is conveniently located on this top floor.

Moving downstairs, the Master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony awaits. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Guest bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

Condo very nicely decorated. Sleeper sofa was broken, as were some of the door locks(which unreported to property management). Very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchenware. Nice view of the ocean. Short walk to beach, although beach was very crowded with many restrictions as to where you could set up your tent/umbrellas and chairs. Adequate parking. Lots of great eating establishments within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great location but the property could use a thorough cleaning and new carpet/flooring in bedrooms and stairs… looked as tho someone was ill on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great! No beach chairs so bought bag chairs and left them for next renters. The a/c definitely needs maintenance before summer!

Very comfortable condo

The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted and the family room was very comfortable and huge. The beds were nice and we appreciated the 2 Kings. Thanks for a great time for my son’s wedding. It was so convenient right across from the beach ceremony!

Perfectly located to get to the beach and anything you could want to eat. Walking distance from everything. Condo was just as expected from pictures on listing and I would definitely book again

Steps from the Beach!

This was our first time here but certainly won’t be our last. You are literally steps from the beach an all the restaurants. Small touches like baby crib made this experience over the top. We will only staying here on future trips to Santa Rosa.

Convenient location, short walk to the beach, yummy ice cream shop downstairs, restaurants and shops walking distance. Providing a wagon and beach chairs was a plus!

Great Vibes and Location

We visit 30A often - this is the first time we stayed in a condo down in the center of a public area. The beach was convenient - right across the street, the condo was a perfect size and very cozy feel. I loved the double deck -each floor had a nice size deck overlooking the scenic hwy 30a. We really did love that we had many options to walk if we didn't feel like going far. Everything below the condo shut down at 10pm but even so you couldn't hear any street noice from inside the condo. the condo provided everything we needed in the kitchen. It was perfect - and we are already talking about this being our new place to stay for the next trip!

Property was clean. Beds were very comfy. The condo location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants to walk to. Beach access is across the street. We really enjoyed the condo while we were there.

Great location

Our group included two adults and two 17 year old boys. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, love that the bedrooms are downstairs separate from upstairs living area. Great location right across the street from beach access and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Santa Rosa Beach has fewer shops and restaurants compared to Seaside, which can be great if you're looking for a "less busy" vibe. Most of the restaurants closed around 9pm. Our teen boys preferred the Seaside vibe (lots more teenagers there) so we rented them bikes and they rode down there most nights. It's about a 25 minute bike ride. Unfortunately, the beach was double red flags most of our trip. That definitely impacted our experience, but had nothing at all to do with the condo. We were glad there was a pool we could use on those days. The one day we could go to the beach, there are tons of reserved chairs and umbrellas and the beach access leads to a private area of the beach, so you have to walk a little ways to the public part. We would stay here again.

Summer fun and Sensational sleep

My husband and I took our two daughters to stay at Abacos for the perfect week. We were right across the street from the beach and right above the ice cream and candy store. We were honestly so close that we never even used to pool. My daughters enjoyed the balcony overlooking 30A and being a part of all the great things about the area. We slept so well, the beds are great! Can’t wait to go again! Thanks for a great stay.

The perfect setup!

Loved this unit so much! It's everything it shows in the picture. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings! Our only complaint was the condition of the couch and large chair. They were very dirty and are in need of being cleaned! We had to place blankets over them in order to sit on them. Other than that the property is amazing!
