I didn't like the hotel

My stay at the Ribai Hotel wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The room was clean, but the mattress wasn't king-size as advertised. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The pool was small and unsanitary, with many restrictions for a tourist. I don't think I'd recommend it to a friend.

really nice hotel in downtown Santa Marta

The rooms were very clean and confortable. The hotel is very well located super close to supermarkets, within the historic center of the city and a few blocks away from the beach.

Sehr gute Lage mit hohem Lärmfaktor

Für kolumbianische Verhältnisse sehr gute Austattung: Duschen mit warmen Wasser, Einbauschrank, Kuehlschrank. Tolle Lage nahe zur Kathedrale. Die Strasse vor dem Hotel ist eine Hauptdurchgangsstasse mit vielen Strassenhändlern. Da die Kolumbianer es laut lieben ist es bis Mitternacht und ab 8 Uhr sehr laut. Die Fenster sind nicht besonders schalldicht.

Recomendado.

Muy buena opción de hotel y servicio para la relación costo/beneficio. Habitación cómoda, buen aire acondicionado. Excelente atención del personal y servicio de desayuno. Solo recomendaría instalar agua caliente en los baños y retocar un poco la pintura de las paredes.

Fair hotel

If you have a limited budget this hotel has a fair price. Keep in mind the following. It does not have hot water (you do not needed but some people like to have it), Does not have hair dryer, the washroom is very small with no ventilation. The room is very small, there are signs in the washroom that make you think that it is used by hour (you know what I mean) breakfast it is always the same, so if you do no mind to eat eggs and toast every day you will be ok. Usually you get at least a welcome bottle of water, here you get nothing you have to paid for everything and of course is not cheap. I would rate this hotel as a decent 3 stars hotel, no more than that.

Excelente ubicación, comodidad y servicio

El hotel está en perfectas condiciones, en un muy buen sitio cercano a las zonas de restaurantes y atracciones turísticas, sus empleados son amables y dispuestos a ayudar al huesped. El desayuno es bastante simple y con pocas opciones, es un tema que podría mejorarse.

Excelente hotel, El edificio esta completamente remodelado. todo es nuevo. El servicio del hotel es bueno y queda ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa. muy buena relación costo beneficio.
