This beautiful and practical studio apartment has AN OCEAN VIEW, two blocks away from Playa Salguero, an exclusive sector of the Rodadero. We have excellent WiFi, Netflix, A/C and more.

10 minutes away you will find supermarket restaurants and whatever you need from a shopping area ( banks, shopping centers, bars, etc. ) also the famous Playa del Rodadero and the point from where the boats leave to Playas such as: Playa Blanca, Taganga, the Aquarium, Neguanje, Bahía Concha and Cabo San Juan.
The space
This is a practical and charming apartment of a single space, with the ability to separate the room if you wish. It's completely new!! You're brand new!

It has everything you need for a pleasant and pleasant stay, you can enjoy excellent air conditioning, hot water, Optical Fiber Internet, Netflix, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, a Super Cabinet to store all your things and a kitchen with the basic implements to prepare what you want.

The building is in its final stage of construction and the wet areas have not yet been delivered, for that reason we do not offer them in the announcement. However, the beach is two blocks away!!!, this is tremendous perk and the sunsets there are a show.
