During your stay, you will have full access to the apartasuite and all common areas of the house. You can enjoy the central courtyard with a pool surrounded by tropical vegetation, hammocks, and spaces designed for relaxation. Access to the property is fully autonomous through an electronic lock. Before your arrival, you will receive the entry code. Inside the house, your apartasuite has a safety box where you will find the keys. Everything is designed to ensure a comfortable, flexible, and hassle free arrival at any time of the day.

To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, playing music in common areas especially around the pool is not allowed. For security reasons, external visitors are not permitted; access is restricted exclusively to registered guests. Check in is autonomous through access codes sent prior to arrival. It is important to provide the requested information in advance to facilitate entry. As in any developing city, occasional interruptions in utilities such as water, electricity, gas, or internet may occur. These situations are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds, although we will always address any issue as quickly as possible. By making your reservation, you agree to comply with the following rules, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for all guests. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if any issue arises, please let us know before check out so we can assist you promptly. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; it is only allowed on terraces. Non compliance will result in a fine of 250,000 COP. Throwing trash from balconies or common areas is not allowed. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, events, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior. Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation amount, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. The primary guest must be of legal age and must remain for the entire stay. All occupants must be properly registered prior to arrival. Cancellations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Likewise, interruptions in utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet are not grounds for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our control and typical of a developing city. However, we will make every effort to manage the issue with the relevant providers and restore service as quickly as possible.
