"Probably the most amazing hotel, me and my wife I’ve ever been to. We came to this hotel to start off our honeymoon and without our knowledge, upon arriving, they had upgraded our room stock the mini fridge and left a congratulation note! We had to stop in town for a little bit after checkout and they let us leave our luggage there so we didn’t have to track it around the city with us. We are also Americans so we didn’t have the proper outlet to plug into the wall so after going downstairs, they were able to lend us a European adapter for the lenght of our stay! Hands-down 10 out of 10 experience we will return next time we are in Ital!"

"The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). "

"Our train was delayed and we arrived late. Location is tricky to find. Elisa was kind and wait for us at the street. Stayed for a night before our cruise. Mattress is a bit hard and didn’t have extra pillows. "

"Excellent hotel stay at Hotel Smart Cruise. Very clean room and the beds were really comfortable. They also provide an airport transfer (at an additional cost) which was ideal. Hotel is situated 2 mins walk from Cruise shuttle buses. There’s also a tasty pizzeria on the corner."
