He helped bring our luggages to our room, booked dinner reservations and even dropped of a bottle of their wine to our room. The property was very clean and the breakfast had a very good spread. "The hotel itself was good - clean and comfortable room. We did not find the staff to be too friendly or helpful - maybe due to the language barrier. The pool was located in a beautiful garden area, but was not heated so a little chilly. The beach is across the street and down a large bank of stairs - $$ to use hotel chairs. 10 minute walk to small town for restaurants."

The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! "
