"Staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable"

"Acogedor, buen desayuno."

"This place is a great place to stay. But, there were some flaws I have to mention. - found 5 shield bugs flying around in the room - loud bathroom fan noise that would not turn off - no heating in the bathroom - night staff not knowing how to address the issues The food was great. The surrounding view was stunning. Giving a bottle of olive oil for the trouble we went through was a good gesture. The building itself was truly nice. I'd recommend this place to friends if those mentioned above are...

"Excellent location off the main road, very peaceful and relaxing. Clean with good amenities. Welcoming staff!"

"We had a very relaxing week-end there, enjoying the pool and the stunning views of Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. The restaurant is a stand out! We dined under the trees and loved the menu which is interesting, both traditional and creative…well executed and presented. The staff was attentive and professional. All for a very fair price! Would gladly go back! PS: awesome friendly cats around the property…for cat lovers!"

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations and did not fully reflect what was advertised on Expedia. We chose this beautiful wine resort for its Michelin-starred restaurant, spa, pool, wine tours, and numerous activities. However, several amenities were unavailable, required additional fees, or were never introduced to us. "This place was a Gem. The property and amenities were awesome and very homey. Very lovely and well seasoned staffed that know how to cater to their guests. I would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be taken care of in a very special and specific manner. We had Dinner there both nights we stayed there and not only was it convenient but it was delicious. Traditional meals served simply, yet beautifully."

"Great place to stay, felt rustic yet upscale. The location put you within a 45 minute drive of many Tuscan sights and towns. The restaurant offered some of the best dinners we had in Italy with a true farm to table experience. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestions for the area"

"The woman at check-in could not have been more friendly. She gave us helpful hints and we had an excellent room. I would love to return during the summer season so that we could use the pool. It was absolutely beautiful. Property is within walking distance to town. I would not hesitate to stay again."
