"The house is even better in real life than on the pictures. The renovation has been amazing, all the bedrooms have their en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is huge and fully equiped. We had an amazing stay! All the beaches are within 20-45 minutes. There are a handful of nice restaurants in Ruffano itself. The supermarket is 5 min away. Everything you need to spend great holidays"

It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. "It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
