"Extremely loving and caring about their customers, I felt like a family. I arrived late at night, but there was a solution. I can only recommend this place"
"Cute room, great comfy bed!
AC worked great, as well as the shower. A big plus to have a fridhe in the room.
I had some issues with the key but the host was always ready to help and quick to reply within a minute. The area is in the middle of beautiful Modica. I travelled alone (woman) but felt very safe in the area even late in the evening. Will stay here again!"

"Reasonably modern hotel in the centre of Modica with easy pedestrian access to all the sights. Simple check, clean and comfortable room, on site (across the road) secure overnight parking, decent swimming pool, nice breakfast. Everything was just as it should be."
"Our highest recommendation. The view has no equal. The owner went out of her way and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She was also an excellent tour guide and information source. The breakfast was amazing. Many small touches and efforts that made our stay memorable and one of our most enjoyable. "
"Enjoyed my stay. Hostess was excellent. Explained the accomodations very well and was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was very good, excellent location, and has a rooftop patio. "
"This hotel reflects the richness of history and culture of the city and the hosts make a personal effort to combine great hospitality quality with kindness and charm. "

Casa Talia
10/10 Excellent
"Casa Talia is very much a gem of Modica. The design and aesthetic of each individual room or suite is exceptional and an utter joy to be in. Casa Talia is a series of traditional buildings that have been converted to rooms, rather than one hotel building and its charm is off the scale! The swimming pool is at the top of a climb worth making. Exceptional views and again the aesthetic is perfect.
The location is a convenient walk down to central Modica and up the other side to the duomo.
Modica itself is a city of steps, so consider if your mobility will be at an appropriate level for visiting here.
We couldn’t fault Casa and would say it is world class. The staff, especially Vitorio, couldn’t do enough to make our arrival and stay comfortable. We visited during an exceptionally hot period and he insisted on carrying our luggage to our room for us.
The breakfasts served in the garden shaded by Olive, fig and walnut trees were so so delicious and beautifully presented, with an exceptional view of the baroque town.
We are thrilled to have stayed here and thank everyone for all their hard work in making our stay so wonderful. "
"An excellent introduction to Modica. Hosts Rosa and Grazianna were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - central yet quiet I would highly recommend I Teti di Sciciliando."
"Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfy- highlight was our own terrace with hot tub- the view is jaw dropping, especially at night! Breakfast was good and they provide small bowls of snacks if you order from the bar- this was nice while lounging at the pool. Lots of free parking on the street. Getting down to Main Street Modica requires you use hundreds of steps. Just think of all the extra chocolate you can eat while you burn those calories. I’m sure a taxi could be called. The white tourist tram also goes by the hotel. "
"Very clean, newly renovated guesthouse. Good water pressure in the shower, on the 3rd floor. Great views of the hills and valleys from the rooftop terrace, attached to a small kitchen. No stove, but microwave and kettle, some dishes and tea/coffee. Mini fridge in room. "
