Boasting unique features such as its artfully crafted handmade dining table and two-tiered palapa roof, this expansive estate is a standout along the coast.

This home offers a remote oceanfront feeling while being only minutes from town. Take a walk on the beach to a secluded lagoon just minutes away or watch the waves for whales, dolphins, rays and turtles. With an onsite property caretaker and housekeeper, you will enjoy the feeling of being truly pampered.

The fully equipped kitchen will provide a great setting to take advantage of the Oaxacan culinary delights. With the option to hire a cook for the week, you can decide how much time you want to spend preparing meals or lounging in the sunny outdoor spaces.

The open-air living and dining spaces make it possible for you to continuously enjoy the tropical setting. Towering over the expansive central great room exists the handcrafted central palapa, an example of a true local art form. This space opens up to the ocean front private pool. Here you can soak up the warm southern sun on one of the many poolside loungers.

The villa is located about 20 minutes from the Puerto Escondido Airport just off the highway in the quaint, secluded La Parota neighborhood while still being close enough to the city and Zicatela Beach to enjoy all they have to offer. The villa is grand enough to enjoy the whole gang all together, or sneak away to a quiet nook to relax by yourself.

• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
