"Nice quiet place, 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of space, nice outside area for evening sangria. Quiet part of Can Picanfort with local feeling, not too busy and definetely no teeenagers - the busy part is further away - but still within a walking distance. Air conditioning was not very good - as it is not inside of all rooms but in stairs. Only one room has air conditioning inside."

"The location and the view was really nice. The beach is very clean and there are many shops and restaurants reachable by food. One thing to mention is that at night it is really loud, as the restaurant next to the apartment plays live music until midnight. We still had a very nice stay."

"Check in via key box works great. Appartment is neat and simple but well equipped. Oven didnt work. Neighbors are friendly but own singing Birds. Spaceous terrace! Supermarket and restaurants close by. Nice beach walks possible."

"Vorweg: Nö, zu diesem Preis und das in der Nebensaison, würde ich die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen…Also zum „Abends gemütlich zusammensitzen“ ist diese Wohnung wirklich null geeignet!! Überall sind fürchterliche Deckenspots mit kaltweißem Licht verbaut, selbst der Deckenfluter ist mit einem kaltweißem Leuchtmittel ausgestattet. Die Lage ist aber wirklich einmalig…Die Betten sind bequem, zum zudecken gab es ein großes Bettlaken und zwei Bettdecken, diese hatten aber keine Bezüge und waren somit...

"Everything was absolutely perfect. The Finca lays at the countryside so a Rental car is a must. The manager Rosalita was easygoing and very helpful with our questions. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gem!"

"A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host...

"Maison très bien équipée et très agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Point fort 2 wc et 2 salle de bains. La mer est située à 3 mn à pieds. Maison trouvée très propre en arrivant. Que des bonnes surprise."

"Perfect location, beautifull and quiet. Some things needs to be changed there are not in good shape: sofa and table (moving from side to other). Should put a double bed in one bedroom, the 4 beds are singles."
