Beatiful Holiday Cottage located between palm and olive trees in the center of Santa Lucia de Tirajana town in Gran Canaria, this is a site privileged by nature, where such beautiful environment blends its footpaths up to the top of the mountains and down through the valleys to The sea. The house have a big terrace where you can have coffe or dinner while watching the sunset or mountains. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living room-kitchen.
The house finds itself in Santa Lucia de Tirajana Municipality, 500 meters high, half way between the coast and the top mountains. It is an ideal place, not only to enjoy a tranquility environment, but also to set as a starting point for excursions to different places of interest in the island. Santa Lucia village is only 200 meters away where you can find 6 restaurants, 1 supermarket, 3 corner shops, 3 bakeries and beautiful streets to walk around.

Excellent accommodation

The property was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. Set in beautiful surroundings .Our host Carlos was fantastic and always available and helpful. A car is a necessity. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Wunderschöner Ort, Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse komfortabel.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Santa Lucia, das einfach wunderbar ist. Die Wohnung bietet alles Notwendige. Die Kommunikation mit Carlos war immer ein Vergnügen, er selbst immer außerordentlich hilfreich. Wir würden immer wieder gern hierher kommen.

Comfortabele ruime en lichte vakantiewoning met groot zonnig terras. Geen luxe, maar alles is voorzien en alles werkt! Zeer centrale ligging in een dorp met enkele kleine supermarktjes en bakkerijtjes. Ideaal voor wandelaars.

Our stay in Santa Lucía was amazing. The apartments are lovely and Carlos is an excellent host.

The apartment has the most wonderful views, right around, and is tucked into an excellent location, in a very charming, small town in the hills / mountains. The locals are very friendly and the place is truly beautiful and very well kept. The local municipal pool has great facilities, is close to the apartment (an easy walk) and superbly kept also. It is really pleasant to spend time there. Carlos, the owner of the apartment, was very welcoming and friendly. He was happy to give restaurant suggestions and he made our stay very easy indeed. The apartment itself is very pretty and had everything we needed and more. It had an air conditioning unit, tv, first aid kit, novels in different languages, sun loungers, portable stereo, barbecue with coal, a complementary bottle of wine on arrival, a washing machine and more. A great deal of thought had clearly been put into making our stay as pleasant as possible and we really appreciated it. We will certainly be happy to go back and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is located in the city of Santa Lucía, perfect for hiking long or short trails. We found everything we needed to prepare meals. The weather during our stay was incredible hot, but we had several fans and an air condition, what we all needed, especially during the night. Carlos kindly allowed us to use the new rocking couch of another apartment belonging to him. And he even bought a little swimming pool for our daughter to refresh. He was always available via whats app and tried to help. We will sure come back!

Very nice cottage!

Very nice and calm cottage with great views on the mountains! Contact with landloard was very friendly and reactive. He also gave us some local tips on where to eat and cultural activities. We would come again with pleasure.

The apartment was great, tidy and as shown in the pictures. Also a great location to access the mountains. Carlos was an excellent host, he sorted everything out easily and was always available on the phone if required.
