I had no idea it’s actually the largest hotel in Antigua, and it truly feels grand in every way. The entire place was spotless – everything from the common areas to my room was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. The decor was tasteful and welcoming, giving the hotel a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. The customer service here is top-tier – I felt genuinely looked after throughout my stay. Room service was available every day and always timely. If you’re visiting Antigua and want a hotel that delivers on space, cleanliness, service, and overall quality, this is the one. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and seamless experience."

"I found this property on Tiktok and i had to stay here. The grounds were absolutely lush and beautiful. They have so many beautiful garden areas. They also grow some of their own foods that they use to prepare delicious meals. The room was the star of the show. I felt like a queen. The attention to detail with little flowers on the bed and in the bathroom was a great touch. They also have candles lit in the room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and the shower pressure was Amazing. The only thing that was an issue was the insects were bothersome when i was going to sleep. Even though i used the net around my bed the insects would still get in and fall over the pillows and sheets. They should try to rectify that because it took away from my rest. Also the sheets looked a bit worn. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They will bring your meal to your room if requested. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The pool area although small was beautiful. They assisted with transportation to visit the other villages. I saw on the site they had an helicopter and did ask if they used it for tours around the lake but they said no. I think that would be a great activity to offer as i think a lot of people would pay to do it. Overall i had such an amazing experience. Wonderful staff!"
