Villa Irene is a renovated Tuscany Villa, with private entrance, surrounded by a large private green park, with a panoramic swimming pool for exclusive use.
There are 10 bedrooms in this impressive villa, so all your family and friends can join in the fun and have a great holiday together with a lot of space to share. The area has only to be explored and endless days can be spent walking to discover the beautiful, green countryside.
This impressive Villa dating from the early 1900’s has an elegant image and stands proudly overlooking the green countryside. It sits in its own green park with lawns and gravel surfaces, with a pool and plenty of space for the whole group to enjoy delicious meals outdoors and admire the beautiful views.
There is also a barbeque outside so the grill B-B-Q chef in your group will be delighted! There is a tennis court close by which is reserved for guests of Villa Irene, you just have to bring your own gear.
The villa can accommodate up to 20 people and is set in beautiful rural surroundings.
On the ground floor, there is a large entrance, two living rooms, a kitchen (with a 6-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer), a dining room with ample seating for all guests, a bedroom for two and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there is a large hallway, five bedrooms with two beds in each, and three bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have a small balcony.
On the second floor, there is also a large corridor, four bedrooms with two beds in each, three bathrooms - two of which can be closed off and used as en-suites for the bedrooms, a small lounge with a kitchenette, and small living room with views over the surrounding landscape. All rooms on the 2nd floor have sloping ceilings.
