"Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA."

"The house and the host were great. There was not a good supply of toilet paper but we did not run out. We would possibly stay again."

"Everything is super, Mrs. Lucia was amazing host, I will be there next time. I made my breakfast and dinner easy. We relax watching tv every time on the room. Thank you for your service Mrs. Lucia. September 11-12, 2026."

"Place was clean. In a nice area. Loved that we could secure our vehicle in a private covered area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Great touch with the coffee and creamer being available. The back unit gives privacy to others. I’d definitely stay here again"

"Host was great as well as property. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Had a bit of an issue getting into the front door (passcode) but host was available to help. Location was great if going to beach or to the bigger attractions in Anaheim. I would book again :-D thank you!"

"The photos are accurate. The host was efficient and communicative. There was a small space for one car - an SUV would be tight but my sedan was fine.Very close to Knott’s, Disney, etc.Quick pick up for Ubers. No complaints.*First time a VRBO host has had a plan for leftover food - to have it brought to a local food bank. Amazing. Really liked that."

"Everything is accurate in the listing. Great hosts, very communicative and quick to respond. Parking is tricky if your vehicle is larger, but we made it work!"

The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. Area is a nice neighborhood and there is plenty of stores and restaurants nearby walking distance. Never had any issue parking in street there was...
