We loved this place and especially the location. Property was lovely inside and out. Not sure there is a better location in Santa Fe…easy walk to both the Square/Plaza and Canyon Road.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this two bedroom house. We walked everywhere from this location. On our walks, we found coffee shops, lunch destinations and fantastic dinner locations. Our dog was also very happy staying in this home because he was able to have a morning and evening walk in the cool weather of lovely Santa Fw.

Just a short walk to the main square so you are never lacking for things to do. House was nicely decorated and well-supplied. Plenty of room for two couples. Would definitely stay again!

We are grateful for the quiet, privacy, comfort and beauty of Casa Simpatica. We walked to the Plaza for the Chamber Music Festival and Desert Chorale concerts, as well as the museums and galleries, and our favorite restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dining room invites conversation and lingering over dessert. We felt welcome.

We have been vacationing in Santa Fe for over 20 years, and we just had the best vacation ever. Lovely accommodations and truly can walk to everything - fabulous location. As a plus, the rental agent Caroline M. is the consummate professional and anticipates every need. Definitely would choose this rental again.

Although the online description of the house is certainly accurate, it's hard to convey the actual charm, cleanliness, well-appointed decor, and peacefulness of this property. Completely accommodating, well managed, and beautifully maintained.

Loved everything about this home! Location: It was a short walk from the plaza, canyon road, restaurants and bars. Quick drive to grocery stores, museums, and Santa Fe opera. Decor: lovely furnishings, towels, sheets, beds, etc. Management: Caroline takes great care of her guests! We can't wait to go back!

This is a nicely furnished house in walking distance to the Canyon Road galleries and other activities. The photos and description accurately represent the house and amenities. Enjoy sitting on the shady front porch as the sun goes down and watch the humming birds visit the garden...beautiful!

We loved our stay here in Sante Fe for the week and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The Casa has fine linens and towels, very comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. The gardens are spacious and we were within blocks of the down area for a large variety of excellent dining, shopping and galleries. Caroline was very welcoming, we felt right at home and she was also helpful with restaurant recommendations which we took her up on and they were excellent. We will definitely rent from her again, since we love Sante Fe!

We truly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas Holiday. The house was absolutely perfect for our family of five. The location was perfect, we could walk to The Plaza and Canyon Rd and it was an easy drive to Ski Santa Fe. We have rented many homes and this was probably the cleanest, all the furniture was in excellent condition and the home was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in the snow. We hope to come back this summer, thank you Caroline, you were so nice and helpful to work with, we will definitely keep the house in mind for friends and family!

Casa Simpatica is an excellent rental for the traveler who wants to be near the plaza. The home provides ample space for 4 adults and the amenities of the home were top of the line. I highly recommend this home as I know I will be seeking this property out on my subsequent visits to Santa Fe. Casa Simpatica is also just one street over from Canyon Road, so lots of shopping close by. Caroline, the property manager, was also a joy to work with. She went above what was expected to make sure that our stay was an enjoyable one.

This house turned out to be beyond our expectations. We wanted a charming casita in an excellent location. What we got was a beautiful, light-filled, home away from home with top of the line finishes and luxurious, thoughtful touches throughout. We loved walking around the neighborhood-the most beautiful in Santa Fe-and appreciated being so close to everything. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Casa is just as pictured. Charming, cozy, beautifully decorated and perfect location. It is very well equipped if you want to stay and cook and close enough if you want to walk into town close to everything. I have to say the heated floor in the Bathrooms was my favorite surprise. Good quality linens make for a restful sleep and nice fluffy towels . Making reservations was very easy, and Caroline was in touch throughout the process and available during our stay. Information on local restaurants and stores, Things to Do, Essential information was very helpful. If your considering visiting Santa Fe and want to stay in a tranquil location then Casa Simpatica is meant for you. Highly recommend

Just minutes from the Plaza, The Shed and Chez Mamou restaurants and the historic churches, this charming casa offers all the traveler needs, and it is handsomely furnished in New Mexico style. Only a short drive to Randall Davey Audubon Center if, like us, you are a birder. Just a few minutes more to Museum Hill where you can spend a day viewing glorious American Indian and Spanish Colonial art, or perhaps the arboretum if you love plants. Maybe most of all, we loved the amazing grounds of this vacation rental - literally watching the columbine and roses bloom during our stay. Our only regret was leaving. Don't hesitate to book this great house.

My husband, 2 year old daughter and my mother spent a week at Casa Simpatica the first week of October. The house was even more lovely than the pictures show. It was beautiful in its elegant simplicity with original art and plenty of space for 3 adults and a toddler. The location was ideal - a quick 2 blocks to Canyon Rd and 2 1/2 blocks to the Plaza. We left our car at the house and walked everywhere. It was also ideal with a toddler as the front and back patios are gated so no worries about traffic. Caroline was friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions and gave helpful tips on grocery stores, places of interest and local tips. I would go back to Casa Simpatica in a heartbeat!

I can only echo the great reviews posted here. Casa Simpatica has an aesthetic of charm, ease, and light. The art is beautiful, playful, and well-chosen. The courtyard offers privacy with a sense of space and calm, yet you can walk over to the Plaza or be on Canyon Road in just a couple of minutes. Our family of five, parents from Boston and three adults in their twenties from East Coast, West Coast, and Texas, has been coming to New Mexico for vacation and work at Ghost Ranch since 1992 and love to see our local friends. The house is great for entertaining. We hosted games and lunches and served a casual buffet before heading up to Canyon Road on Christmas Eve. The kitchen is fabulous, stocked with equipment and well-designed. Sleeping was excellent, great mattresses. We had one on the sofa bed---he was quite comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace and the warmth during the snowy week. So nice to have a parking space! I will treasure the memory of Casa Simpatica, a place to feel at home, if home were only so uncluttered and situated in the heart of the Land of Enchantment. Caroline is a wonderful host. The basket that greeted us delighted all week. A beautiful poinsettia and orchid arrangement provided a focus for our holiday celebration. Thanks from our whole family!
