The casita, just off Don Diego Ave, is 1/2 mile to the Railyard District, 3/4 mile to the world famous downtown Santa Fe Plaza where shopping, dining, and gallery browsing awaits. Also walk to Trader Joe’s and other stores at the Coronado Center, Clafoutis French Cafe, Maria’s Mexican Kitchen, Santa Fe Antiques and Flea Market, and Salvador Perez Park (“the train park” - vintage Santa Fe RR locomotive on site, playground, sand volleyball, multi-purpose fields, and picnic tables).
The casita features traditional Santa Fe ceiling beams, and was completely renovated in 2018, including hardwood bamboo floors; bathroom cabinetry,; new kitchen appliances, tile counter tops, sink and subway tile backsplash. New to this condo are a Bosch dishwasher and Kenmore washer and dryer. A new walk in shower was added in 2022. All the modern conveniences are here in this home away from home. The bedroom has a comfy Tempurpedic queen bed, a tall chest of drawers for storing your things, and a vanity for makeup prep. In the living room, amenities include a queen-sized, memory-foam sleeper sofa, a desk for computer work, and a kitchen table. In the summer, the condo is cooled by an evaporative cooling system (A/C is rare in Santa Fe homes), in the winter, gas heating keeps the condo toasty warm. Relax outside on your own private patio, grill up some dinner, or create a romantic ambience by activating the casita’s light dimmer switches. Kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, margarita-making essentials, dishes, pots and pans and more. Enjoy your living room AND BEDROOM flat screen TV, with free Direct TV and WiFi/ internet.

This place had everything needed with little notes left everywhere so that there was no guessing where stuff was or how to use the swamp cooler. They really thought of everything! I loved that it was so close to everything and yet very quiet. My family and I would stay here again.

Great little hideaway
We spent 5 nights at this adorable apartment. The owners were very responsive regarding a few small issues (which we appreciated very much). Because it was so cold during our stay in December we plan to return to Santa Fe in the spring. We will book this lovely place again. The place has lots of fine touches, such as coloring books and markers and chips and salsa waiting for us.

Lovely condo
Deanne and Terry have put a lot of effort into decorating and designing this space efficiently and with a very Santa Fe style. I slept on the the pull out bed in the living room and it was the most comfortable pull out I've ever slept on.T here was trouble with the internet when we arrived, and I texted them on the Sunday night before Christmas. They got back in touch within minutes. Terry then spent a half hour on a call with the internet provider and me to get this fixed and it was fine after that. They clearly care about this place and want people to enjoy it. I thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect to every last detail
We can't say enough about how great this place is. The Vetter's really thought of everything from home made salsa as a greeting, to a stationary desk with fun pens and paper. Location is close to everything, although a bit of a far walk to the plaza- we never waited more than 4 minutes for an $6 Uber ride, which was all of a few minutes. Also close to the Railyard....worth checking out. I don't know if I have ever used such a soft towel :) Thank You!
