Great for Multi-family Getaway

We had a beautiful stay in Santa Fe. The house fit the needs perfectly for our group of 12 (3 families of 4). There was plenty of space for everyone, including the spacious backyard.

Santa Fe Stay

Extremely easy booking and check-in process. House was perfect for our needs and well-stocked for cooking meals. Very closely located to downtown and hiking trails without being too close to worry about being crowded. Highly recommended.

Are family had a lovely stay. Plenty of room for everyone. We cooked at the house (which we like to do) and had an overall wonderful experience. Quite neighborhood. Close drive to Plaza.

Great home with all amenities, very nice back yard for afternoon family gatherings. This home was located just a short car ride to city center and many restaurants for daily adventures. Would definitely stay here next time we visit SF.

Perfect Friends Weekend!

Our group of seven 50 yr-olds, friends since childhood, loved meeting up here and everything about our stay! Easy check-in, spacious kitchen where we lounged with coffee, comfortable beds, fabulous backyard with chiminea, clean, and perfect access to Sante Fe. We’d stay again in a minute!

Repeat Stay - This Place is Perfect

Big kitchen, large backyard with patio, grill and outdoor dining. The bedrooms are good sized as well. The owners are very nice and VERY responsive. I hope this place is available again next year for our annual trip. It's kind of on a hill so there is always a really nice breeze to take advantage of.

Revised itinerary

The family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home both inside and out which allowed separate rooms for everyone, and a large backyard completely enclosed and private. The kitchen functioned well and there were helpful supplies including coffee, creamer, spices as well as personal toiletries and household cleaning and laundry supplies. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to communication answering some questions quickly in a friendly and helpful manner.. many thanks for sharing this perfect gathering spot.

Great experience

We booked this house for a birthday bash with my siblings. It was perfect. The yard is nice and big, the living room is super comfortable and cozy with the fireplace. The location was great. It was only 10-15min to get to all the activities we wanted to do; hiking, the plaza, meowwolf, etc.

Santa Fe Family Reunion

We stayed in the home for 7 nights with 11 guests. The house is located in a very quiet area. Grocery stores and attractions were all within a 5-15 minute drive. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, or hang out together in the large family room and spacious backyard.

Home away from home

The property is located in a central area. The house is roomy and clean. I love that there were doggy doors upstairs and down stairs. Next time my taking my fur babies. I also enjoyed the big kitchen and spacious living room! Big plus was the jacuzzi tub upstairs- wowza!

Opera get away

A lovely weekend getaway to enjoy a night out at the Opera. The backyard was wonderful and the location so easy to all attractions. The only small issue was with all the stairs and our injured mom not being able to access anything without having to go up and down them. We loved the place though! And would return.

Wonderful house and Excellent communication

We had 3 families stay at the house which included 7 kids and 5 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and great for the kids to run around. Check in and check out instructions were clear and provided with plenty of time before our arrival. The host responded to a few questions we had very quickly and was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Place for Family

While our time in Santa Fe was to attend a memorial service, we wanted to be sure to enjoy our immediate family while we all traveled from out of state. This was the perfect location for all of the memorial services and to enjoy the beauty of the Plaza. The set up gave us plenty of room for my family, and the families of my two siblings to stay and spread out. The kids enjoyed running in the spacious backyard while the adults chatted around the firepit. The house had everything we needed and then some.

Some Unexpected PLEASANT surprises!

Our family group traveled for a wedding. This place fit the bill perfectly.A few of the pleasant surprises included:1. A variety of books that were invaluable - allowing us to have quiet time and read with the little ones. New books are the best. They were lifesavers for calming over-stimulated little ones.2. The three large bins of LEGOs in the closet of the bunkbed bedroom. Again - so valuable - worth their weight in gold!3. A good iron - not a cheap 15 one - life saving for steaming our wedding attire when removed from the suitcases.4. Good quality bedding - especially appreciated the pillows!

Santa Fe

This was a lovely home with enough room for twelve of us. We loved that the bathrooms all contained shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer. It had a huge back yard with lots of seating and a cute playhouse. The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars is that some of the dishes didn't seem clean and the inside of the refrigerator had some residue in the crisper drawers. The rest of the house seemed very clean. It was a convenient location for gas and groceries and a short drive into downtown Santa Fe.
