Absolutely loved our stay here. This home is laid out very well to give each guest "personal space". The backyard oasis is so nice and it unseasonably warm this December we sat outside and enjoyed it to the max. Granddaughter loved the play area and the additional toys.

We had a great stay here. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. The house had plenty of beds, which was perfect for our group, and the kitchen was nicely set up for cooking and meals together. The two-car garage was also a big plus for parking and storage. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay

Our family (8 adults & 2 small children) was very comfortable in this spacious home. Our grandson enjoyed the playhouse in the beautiful backyard. We also appreciated that the property is pet friendly. We would love to stay here again when in Santa Fe!

This is a great vacation home for a group. The parking was good and the area was easy to get to by car. There is also a nearby train stop. It was clean and comfortable. Our only challenge was the stairs as the house is multi-level and we had toddlers in our group.

We had a good stay. 10am checkout time was a little difficult for us, noon would be a lot easier! My only criticism is that most of the beds did not have a top bed sheet.... I am hoping that the comforter was washed between the guest prior and us! Otherwise the house worked well for us. Thank you.

The house was very nice, kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pans, and cooking essentials. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for the 11 of us. The area was quiet and yet a short drive away from businesses. The back yard was beautiful and we would have spent more time there but there were too many ants. The kid playhouse was a hit with our granddaughters, though! The host responded quickly and was very nice and super helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice roomy house close to Santa Fe attractions

We were impressed with the ease of check-in. When there was a smoke alarm problem, the owner responded quickly and after initially taking care of the noise annoyance, the offending alarm was fixed the next day.We enjoyed the spacious and private back yard for outdoor cooking and dinners.The front yard landscaping needs some attention and the back yard beyond the patio needs some ant control.Overall, it was a very good experience.

Great for Multi-family Getaway

Yearly friendship reunion of classmates year 1973 - 1974

The place is really nice beautiful we enjoyed it so much. The only suggestion that we have is add a rail to the entrance of the three steps to the living area. Thank you again this place is wonderful. Anybody that would. Rent this home would have a. Pleasant stay.

Graduation stay 2025

First off, this home exceeded our expectations. We were here to be close enough for our daughter’s high school graduation. Our immediate family had their own spaces to relax and get ready for the ceremony. Extended family enjoyed time together in the backyard. We made use of all the space to relax in, eat, and visit. We would definitely come back to stay in this house. Thank you!

Revised itinerary

The family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home both inside and out which allowed separate rooms for everyone, and a large backyard completely enclosed and private. The kitchen functioned well and there were helpful supplies including coffee, creamer, spices as well as personal toiletries and household cleaning and laundry supplies. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to communication answering some questions quickly in a friendly and helpful manner.. many thanks for sharing this perfect gathering spot.

Some Unexpected PLEASANT surprises!

Our family group traveled for a wedding. This place fit the bill perfectly.A few of the pleasant surprises included:1. A variety of books that were invaluable - allowing us to have quiet time and read with the little ones. New books are the best. They were lifesavers for calming over-stimulated little ones.2. The three large bins of LEGOs in the closet of the bunkbed bedroom. Again - so valuable - worth their weight in gold!3. A good iron - not a cheap 15 one - life saving for steaming our wedding attire when removed from the suitcases.4. Good quality bedding - especially appreciated the pillows!
