"We were a party of 12 from 8 to 80 years old - all wanting to do different things! The quiet rural location of this villa suited us perfectly. As it is in the middle of the island we were able to visit many beaches, hiking trails, towns, sights - all within a 20-30 minute drive at the most. The house is spacious with many areas to ‘chill out’ both inside and out. The pool is fantastic with plenty of seating areas and shade. It is an old house but very well maintained and comfortably furnished....

"The best thing about this villa is the swimming pool and outside space. It was stunning. Had a huge amount of space around the pool and a fabulous barbecue area. The villa itself was really nice, quite traditional and well equipped. The only thing that let it down were the bathrooms. They are in need of an update. The showers caused s bit of a flood in the bathroom so we used the outdoor shower to avoid this. It was fine doing this because it was so hot, but wouldn't be the case if you went...

"We’ve just returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at S’Argamassa Palace and we can’t wait to go back! The hotel itself is beautiful. Our suite was big and our 2 children slept well on the fold out sofa bed. The (ground floor) balcony overlooked the pool, which we had all to ourselves on several occasions.
