"The hotel is in a fabulous location within the charming Santa Cruz area and walking distance of the cathedral. It has all the amenities we wanted and needed. The bedroom, reception, bar, restaurant, breakfast area were absolutely great and wonderfully decorated. The staff were helpful, friendly and seemed to care about their job and our happiness."

"The hotel itself was magnificent with a great location to the Giralda. The staff was also great and very friendly. First night our a/c was acting up. I let them know about it in the morning and a few hours later I when we got to our room, it was all fixed/taken care of. The terrace pool was also a great plus after sightseeing in the summer heat. Awesome place!! "
