"I had arranged, as instructed by their website, to be picked up at the airport. I waited for one hour as I tried to call and tried to contact thru website/whatsApp- a no show! I showed them my online conversation reserving the free shuttle and they just shugged their shoulders- they are not reliable. Not to be depended on!
