"Food need more seasoning"

"I had an amazing time at Dreams onyx resort. The customer service was superb, I upgraded to preferred so that I can get access to separate seating and pool area and even an own personal butler. This resort is a family friendly resort. I loved the lazy river and large pool slide, I liked that there were multiple pools around that accommodated everyone so it wasn’t overcrowded. The staff were all very polite and helpful. My room was really nice and clean. The restaurants were good too, my favorite was the steak grill and hibachi restaurants . The night scene was great also because you have access to breathless resort which had more better adult night life and party atmosphere. I loved having access to both resorts, I really feel like a got a bang for my buck. The staff really Made me feel comfortable and helped make my stay wonderful. I enjoyed all the amenities and unlimited food and drinks. I also did excursions which are available for purchase at the resort as well. I’m so glad I chose Dreams onyx resort for my vacation stay it was amazing and I will Definitely be coming back!!! "

"Service was excellent. Specially at the beach bar where Dauris (unsure of speaking) was very attentive, courteous and always sharing good energy. The selection of fish served at El Mercado and Pez Dama could be a little wider. The Japanese restaurant was the best meal, closely followed by the Mexican restaurant. The staff kept the hotel very clean and the shows were super fun (especially The Dominican one!)"
