"This is a nice little apartment that has an amazing view! We especially liked the easy walk to all the shops and markets a few blocks away. The building if very safe and secure with a guard at the door. They also have many extra rooms to meet in, a pool, and pet park. We didn't have time to use them but looked enjoyed looking around and seeing the interesting décor. The first picture with the umbrella's is one of those rooms in the apartment complex to give you an idea of what the building is...

"5 stars...the listing and photos are accurate. It provides economical lodging in a Fantastic location to explore museums and culture. Walking distance to Teminal Atlantico Norte...improtant to us as we were traveling onward to Cahuita. Several bus routes stop within a block of the apartment if you want to travel around the city. Plenty of soda's and small eateries close by. Great for a few nights to really get to know the history of Costa Rica and San Juan. The apartment meets all basic needs...

"Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Escalante. It has easy access to all the restaurants in the area. The condo itself was very welcoming and had all the modern essentials. There's lots to do here including the gym and the theme rooms on the top level. The view is amazing! Very pet friendly. Washer/dryer. My only complaint is the noisy train. If you can get past that, this place is fantastic! The concierge is excellent here. Always quick to reply back and very helpful with booking...
