The ground floor of the flat has a bathroom and a toilet and a beautiful and bright kitchen fully equipped with all appliances, open to the living room, which has a practical island in the centre where you can have breakfast. The living room has two comfortable sofas and Smart TV where you will also have access to the covered patio of the house with outdoor kitchen and dining table, ideal for lunch, relax and enjoy with the family. The first floor has two double bedrooms, one of them with queen size bed and dressing room and the other with access to a cozy balcony, which invites you to disconnect. Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses, tram and motorway, to comfortably get to know the rest of the island. It is perfect for a dream holiday without giving up the city centre.

Perfecta para pasar una agradable estancia en el centro de Santa Cruz, pero sin renunciar a sentirte en una vivienda con sus espacios al aire libre. Tiene un amplio patio exterior donde pasar buenos ratos en familia con cocina, nevera y una barra americana con múltiples usos. La cocina interior es súper bonita y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Está muy cerca del mercado de Santa Cruz y de otros puntos de la ciudad que merece la pena ser visitados. Volveremos!
