This cosy house, located in a quiet residential area of El Sobradillo (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), is made up of two connected flats and surrounded by a large garden full of vegetation, with an outdoor dining room, barbecue area and ideal corners to enjoy the good climate of the island. A perfect space for families or groups of up to 6 people looking to disconnect in a natural and private environment.

For those special moments with your loved ones, this charming 19th century traditional Canarian style house, with 200 years of history, invites you to live a unique experience in Tenerife. The house, which dates back to 1860, was for years a meeting point for the locals, who gathered there to chat about life. Today, its memories open the doors for you to write your own story, being the protagonist.

The layout of the house offers both spaciousness and independence:

The main flat sleeps up to 6 people, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a spacious living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with access to the outside, indoor bathroom and outdoor toilet with washing machine.

The annex flat, with capacity for 2 people, includes a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen with direct access to the garden.

IMPORTANT: The flat is only available for bookings of 6 or more guests. For 5 people or less, only the main house and the outdoor toilet are included.

The decoration of the house stands out for its classic and elegant style, with spaces designed for relaxation and disconnection. The house has been exquisitely restored, respecting the structural elements of traditional Canarian construction, such as the stone walls, the adobe, the gabled roof, the stone washhouse, the courtyard and the cistern, which form part of the history of this beautiful and cosy house. The interior design, which combines elements of traditional decoration with modernist touches, contributes to create a harmonious atmosphere, inviting you to disconnect and enjoy a special stay. In addition, the house has 1 Gb fibre WiFi connection, fans and private outdoor parking, offering all the comforts for a unique experience.

Located just minutes from the motorway, it offers easy access to Santa Cruz, La Laguna and other key areas of the island. An ideal option to explore Tenerife from a comfortable, green and quiet space.
The property has two equipped kitchens, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, parking, washing machine, terrace, two fans and two heaters, hairdryer, iron, cot, high chair, towels, sheets and much more.
