Chito house in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment, large living room, high-speed internet and everything you need for long and short stays. Renovated bathroom and wooden kitchen that remains in perfect condition despite its age. It has one of the rooms with a curved screen TV and SMART TV ideal for watching movies or any other entertainment. It is located on the 13th floor with spectacular views of the city of Santa Cruz. The area is a privileged place within the city, in one of the main entrance arteries to important shopping centers such as Carrefour just 5 minutes walk, 10 minutes from Corte Ingles, 10 minutes walk to the center of Calle Castillo and 12 de the bus station among others. An ideal location for those who want to get to know the city up close and have all the access in minutes.
