"The cabin was just as described. Well cared for by the care-takers Antonio and Dena. There were a lot of birds, and we saw Red-Lored Amazons among many others. Being near the river, and in a fairly dense forested area, there were mosquitoes and no-seeums. The large screened porch was a great place to enjoy the wildlife. A good BBQ was provided, the cabin was very large, and the a/c worked very well. All in all, a great stay. Recommend."

"Julia’s Cabanas was a convenient spot, located on the beach and near lots of small shops, bars, and restaurants. We loved the ocean view and the spent many days in the hammock on the porch. Shelly and Ty were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. "This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing vacation. We love that it wasn’t a party atmosphere but a laid back and enjoyable one. We had the island to ourselves most of the time with day trippers only staying for part of the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway suitable for lovebirds or families!"
