"Our group of two couples spent a week in a villa on the beach side of the Umaya Resort and absolutely loved it. The unit was nicely appointed and truthfully feet away from the Caribbean Sea. Anytime we had a concern they were very prompt to respond. They transferred us to and from the Placencia Airport free of charge. While there we ordered dinner through the Fyah Beach Bar, pizza at Don Tonito's and breakfast in their Casa de Maiz restaurant. All were very delicious food. We also booked two of our excursions through them with great communication from them. The only thing we would recommend for them to make improvements on would be to provide dish cloths, towels and pot holders in the kitchen. We will absolutely book our next Belize vacation at the Umaya Beach Resort!"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa! The home matched the photos perfectly and was spotless upon arrival. The views were breathtaking we loved the outdoor amenities.On our very first day, we saw a stingray and jellyfish right off the dock — such a cool and memorable way to start our trip! It truly felt like a special place from the beginning.Big Mac was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. He definitely goes above and beyond. By the end of the week, he felt like part of our family, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. He played a huge role in making our trip such a success.The chef and housekeeping staff were also wonderful. Arriving to a freshly prepared dinner on our first night after a long day of travel was such a nice treat. Carlos the boat captain was so friendly and knowledgeable during our snorkeling adventure. The tours were so much fun, and we made unforgettable memories here.We would absolutely return!We do have a few suggestions to make this place even better:-install hand rails in the showers and along the stairs for safety-have the guests control the hot tub settings-offer more of a variety of children's life vests-stock the upstairs refrigerators with water as well-add a bin to the pool area with towels to grab as needed-ensure all tvs were working, I never turned mine on but a couple of people in our group noticed the ones in their rooms had issues "

"Beautiful palatial home with lots of privacy. Arthur is a wonderful host; response time was very quick to any questions we had. The added touch of local exotic fruits on our arrival was a comforting start to our vacation! Had everything we needed, to relax and come back to after exploring, even a little bar like area off the entrance with great mood lighting. Loved our time there. A memorable vacation!"

Almost halfway between Hopkins and Placencia it had lots options for things to do. We had the best sleep we’ve had in weeks in the upstairs suite. The bed was so comfortable. Thank you for the stay!"
