"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

Breakfast had good variety of meats and cheeses, fruits, croissants and pastries. "Excellent option. Only some issues with the room service. We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive."
