The design is exquisite—artistic, luxurious, and full of character. Every detail feels intentional and inspired, like staying inside a living museum of elegance. The staff was incredibly kind, particularly Marina, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From personalized recommendations to thoughtful little touches in the room, they made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, with a perfect mix of modern amenities and historic charm. Waking up and having coffee by the window with views of Florence’s rooftops was magical. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet within walking distance of everything: the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, and endless incredible restaurants and shops. This was, without question, one of the most memorable and special hotel stays we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back! "

"This property had me a little stressed when our taxi first pulled up because from the outside it looks like a slightly rough alley, but once you step inside that all changes. It was very clean, very well kept, and newly renovated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again! "

They offered us a happy hour however when we arrived we were turned away because it was closed for a private event. Location was great. "
