"This apartment was lovely! It was clean and comfortable in a very nice location! The shower/bath is spacious. There are plenty of options to eat, as well as a Costco in walking distance! The parking was a hit or miss, (if you wanted a close spot) but was still able to find parking on the street. It was a perfect pick for our 5 day stay! Allie was easy to get in contact with, flexible, and very accommodating! Thank you Allie for a great stay! "

"It was really bad. The apartment was so poorly insulated you could hear every single person walk by outside. On to of that the street was very loud. People driving at very high speeds blasting music well into the early morning. The parking situation is not what is listed on listing which caused an argument with one of the residence. That is of your car can even fit down the driveway. The hot water goes from non existant to scalding and back to non existent and I even had to replace the shower...

"The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here."

"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."
