"The house met our needs perfectly. Plenty of space, well appointed. The grounds are beautiful. The welcome gifts were a nice touch and the snacks sustained us until dinner.Our family loves mealtime together. After each day of activities, the kids swam while adults prepared dinner. We ate each night on the patio. On our first day after long hours of traveling, Ana Maria set up a caterer to come to the house. Manuel and his team introduced us to some Portuguese favorites. The food exceeded all expectations. It was worth every euro!We did not rent a car (hard to do for 9 people). So we used uber and took the train which worked just fine. House is within walking distance of two stations. Sidewalks are narrow and traffic is fast. To the beach & grocery store was a walk too far so we used Uber.Trip of a lifetime for our family and we cherished every moment.Not related to the house but…. FYI - Porto airport customs was a two hour wait. We connected through Newark and would not do that again either.Ahhhhh but the house was wonderful!"

"This was one of my favorite stays on the Camino Portuguese! Just a few steps off the trail, with a private air-conditioned room and en-suite bathroom — super clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the ocean, a convenience store, and some great little restaurants, which made it really easy to relax and recharge. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the laundry facilities were so helpful. Remote access made check-in smooth, and the host was genuinely kind and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!"
