"Good comfort "

"Had to change rooms many times, each had questionable stains throughout. Laundry machines don’t work but they won’t tell you until after it eats your money, which they of course can not get back. It is cheap, but there are other motels and this is about as bad of a property as you can stay at. The front desk people were kind but that is the only positive I can say. "

"My daughter attends SCU, and this has become our favorite place to stay whenever we visit. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and consistently well-maintained. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, which truly makes a difference. We especially love the thoughtful touches—like the dog treats for pets—which make it feel even more special and accommodating. A special thank you to Amanda N., who assisted us with changes to reservation on 3/20-3/22. She was incredibly attentive, followed up promptly, and her communication skills really stood out and helped with the necessary changes. She was clear in what she could do for us. What I also appreciate is the consistency of the team—you don’t see a lot of turnover here. It’s been three years, and it’s nice to still recognize familiar faces. That says a lot about the quality and culture of this hotel. Highly recommend! "
