Everything was unbelievable beautiful and thought through (the pictures don’t even do justice) The owner and staff was the most friendly we experienced throughout our travels in Italy and the service was top. "La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. The Continental breakfast was good and on time (served to your room) and the coffee was excellent. There were however, some issues with the wifi and the TV which made winding down at night and contacting our family back home very frustrating. "Wir haben schöne Sommerferien (9 Tage) in der Residence Elena verbracht, welche sich an sehr ruhiger Lage befindet. Ein Auto wird benötigt, da Strände und die Stadt Gallipoli einige Kilometer entfernt sind. Gratis Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Unsere Wohnung befand sich in sauberem Zustand und hatte eine wunderbare Terrasse. Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders für Familie mit Kindern ist dies ein geeigneter Ort, da die Residence einen schönen...
